Terms and Conditions for Tide & Tulle Designer Dress Hire

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Tide & Tulle offers rental services for designer dresses. All dresses are subject to availability and may be reserved through our website.
3. Registration and Account
To make a reservation, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Rental Agreement
When you reserve a dress (& or items), you enter into a rental agreement with Tide & Tulle Designer Dress Hire. The rental period, rental fees, and any applicable security deposits will be clearly outlined during the reservation process.
5. Payment
All payments must be made at the time of reservation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in AUD and include any applicable taxes.
6. Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 10 days before your rental period for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
· Cancellation by Tide & Tulle: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will provide a full refund.
7. Dress Care and Responsibility
You agree to take good care of the rented dress (& or items) and return it in the same condition as received. Any damages, stains, or excessive wear may incur additional fees. You are responsible for any cleaning costs or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Return Policy
Dresses must be returned by the end of the rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges. Details regarding the return process will be provided at the time of rental.
9. Liability
Tide & Tulle is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of rented dresses (& or items). You agree to indemnify and hold Tide & Tulle Designer Dress Hire harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services. Lenders insurance is available to purchase through Tide & Tulle Designer Dress Hire’s Rent Your Dress program, terms and conditions of our lender’s insurance will be provided on request.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Tide & Tulle Designer Dress Hire and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
